Nagpur :-The Central Railway Nagpur Division recently conducted a Grievance Redressal Camp as part of its ongoing efforts to address employee concerns and promote a transparent and inclusive work environment. This initiative underscores the division’s commitment to ensuring employee satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence.
During the camp, 47 employees were contacted to discuss their grievances. A total of 22 issues were raised, of which 11 were successfully resolved on the spot. The remaining 11 grievances are under active review, with the assurance of timely resolution.
The issues addressed during the camp included assignments related to Privileged Incentive Allowances (PIA), the provision of spectacles under the Staff Benefit Fund (SBF), allotment and maintenance of railway quarters, pay increments, pay fixation, and concerns linked to the Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) scheme. The camp provided employees with a platform to voice their concerns openly, fostering trust and collaboration between the workforce and the administration.
The administration’s proactive approach in resolving grievances highlights its dedication to creating a supportive work environment where employees feel valued and heard. The division remains committed to addressing all unresolved grievances with diligence and ensuring equitable solutions at the earliest.
