Nagpur – It has come to our notice that certain Bars/Permit Rooms/Restaurants etc are operating beyond the stipulated time limit of 01:30 A.M. This is in clear violation of our even numbered order u/s 144 CrPC dated 29/06/2023.
It is noticed that brawls are primarily happening in such establishments which are operating beyond time limits and having severe implications on law and order and safety of women in particular.
It is advised to once again minutely peruse the directions contained in the even numbered order u/s 144 CrPC and refrain from any illegality lest severe action would be taken against the management of such establishments.
Parents and Guardians are further requested that they exercise due supervision to ensure that youth and children do not engage in socialising beyond the stipulated time period of 01:30 A.M in such establishments and be appropriately counselled to behave as per law and within the appropriate social norms and take care of their own safety as well as safety of others including women.
It is once again reiterated that any violation of the even numbered order u/s 144 CrPC promulgated on 29/06/2023 shall be viewed strictly and coercive penal action as per IPC & relevant acts would be taken.
