Nagpur :- RDC Contingent of Maharashtra has won the prestigious Prime Minister’s Banner at the Republic Day Camp – 2024 for third time in a row. (a hat-trick).
It is a proud moment for 4 Mah Bn NCC as out of the nine army cadets of Nagpur Group, five were from 4 Mah Bn NCC namely CHAITANYA MESHRAM from JM Patel College, MOHIT MANGESH WASNIK from JM Patel College, MANISHA MARBATE from JM Patel College Bhandara, VINIT WANKHEDE from RS Mundle College Nagpur and JUO KAJAL KSHIRSAGAR from GS College Nagpur.
The unit also fielded two cadets for the THAL SENA CAMP. The Nagpur group had a participation of five. The Cadets, namely SUO HARSHA MUNSISHWAR from MB Patel College Sakoli and JD CDT PRIYANSHU YADAV from Vidya Bhawan High School, Nagpur of the unit have been achieving laurels for themselves, their college / Institute and 4 Mah Bn NCC.
In view of the hard work put in by the team and especially the cadets, a felicitation ceremony was organized in 4 Mah Bn NCC. To motivate and encourage the cadets the event was attended by the Principals, ANOs and the parents of these cadets. A moving and motivational address by Col VISHAL MISHRA, CO of 4 Mah Bn NCC got the cadets to open up and share their experience with the others 50 odd cadets who attended the event. It was a one-time moment where one could see the happiness on the faces of their parents. A few memories created today are also shared harewith for motivation of the students of Vidarbha. May they outperform and achieve more laurels.
