Rail Safety Seminar Held at Amla Station

Nagpur :-The Nagpur Division of Central Railway organized an important safety seminar on August 13, 2024 at the Amla Station. The seminar focused on the crucial topic of “SPAD Prevention, Monsoon precaution, Safe Train Operation etc.”

Several key officials from the division addressed the gathering and shared their insights during the seminar. These included the Assistant Divisional Safety Officer, Safety Counsellors for Loco, and Chief Loco Inspector Amla and Station Manager Amla.

The seminar covered various aspects related to rail safety, with in-depth discussions on Prevention of SPAD, shunting precautions & unusual during shunting, Procedure of correspondence test during RCM /DCM, Procedure of load stable & Shunting, Procedure of during block instrument fail to issue authority, Procedure Of Autometic block section., Personal safety in the course of discharging duties and case studies of recent incidents from this division as well as other railways.

A total of 40 railway staff members attended the seminar, actively participating in the question and answer session held at the end to clarify any doubts or concerns.

The Nagpur Division of Central Railways regularly organizes such safety seminars and training programs to enhance awareness and reinforce best practices among its staff. Ensuring the highest levels of safety in rail operations is a top priority for the division.
