Prime Minister and Governors Discuss with Vice-Chancellors on the Occasion of Developed India@2047

Mumbai :-  It is everyone’s responsibility to guide the youth power of the nation. Nation-building happens through the personal participation of citizens. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for the youth to participate in the concept of Developed India, giving priority to the vision of Developed India for the fulfillment of objectives.

On the occasion of Developed India@2047, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a visual-auditory dialogue with governors across the country, vice-chancellors of agricultural universities, public, private, and deemed universities, pro-vice-chancellors, and registrars.

In Maharashtra, under the chairmanship of Governor Ramesh Bais, a program was organized in the Darbar Hall of Raj Bhavan to discuss the concepts of Developed India@2047. Former Minister Harshvardhan Patil, vice-chancellors of all agricultural universities, private universities, deemed universities, pro-vice-chancellors, and heads of educational institutions were present.

While conducting the visual-auditory dialogue, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, ‘Developed India@2047: Voice of Youth’ platform is made available for the development of Developed India. This platform is available for collective thinking on the concept of Developed India. The youth power has diversity in thoughts, and they need to come together for the creation of a Developed India. Therefore, the youth should participate in large numbers in this initiative and contribute to Developed India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “Our goal and resolution should be for Developed India, which will create a well-cultured, intelligent young generation that will lead and guide the country in the future. We have seen Digital India, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and the COVID era. The youth have the power to transform society. The country is soaring high. Many countries have made rapid changes in a specific period to develop their nation. Now is the right time for India too. Every moment of the Amrit Kaal should be dedicated to establishing India as a developed country.” He also said this during the event.

In the concept of Developed India@2047, everyone should think beyond their usual scope of thoughts and outside the box. An appeal has been made to send useful suggestions for Developed India, and the first ten best suggestions will be specially honored, as mentioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Participation of Educational Institutions and Students is Important for the Rise of Developed India – Governor Ramesh Bais

The state has a rich heritage of knowledge and education. Universities and higher education institutions in the state are doing excellent work in the field of education. Governor Ramesh Bais said that the participation of universities, educational institutions, and students is important for India to become developed by 2047.

Universities and higher education institutions should organize people-oriented annual festivals. Innovative ideas and new initiatives are necessary in the education system. The New National Education Policy has encouraged new concepts. The National Education Policy 2020 should be a benchmark in implementation, as suggested by the Governor.

Today, the country is progressing in many fields. The performance in the Asian Games, Jan-Dhan accounts, vaccine development during COVID, Chandrayaan mission, TB control, and creation of digital infrastructure have been excellent. Also, the successful organization of the G-20 summit has elevated India’s image globally. Countries like Japan, Germany, Singapore, and South Korea have taken significant steps to become great nations, and now is the right time for India. Governor Mr. Bais also called for everyone’s participation to make India a developed country by 2047.

The Concept of Developed India Should Transform into a Mass Movement  – Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan

During the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the Developed India Resolution Journey campaign, keeping a new perspective on the country’s development. The transformation of the Developed India Resolution Journey into a mass movement is necessary. All sections of society participated in the freedom struggle, and a similar participation is needed in the Developed India initiative.

Through the G-20 summit, the Prime Minister has given the message of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ to the world. Through the Developed India campaign, the youth and educational institutions should create their unique identity, giving a new perspective in social, political, and economic fields, as said by Mr. Pradhan. Dignitaries in the educational field presented their thoughts on the concept of Developed India in the discussion session. The discussion session was conducted.
