Mumbai – Producer of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmaah , Asit Kumarr Modiis in trouble. Mumbai Police has now filed a case against him based on a complaint by an actor on the show. The Powai Police has registered a case against Asit Kumarr Modi under (Assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) sections 354 and 509of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Meanwhile, an actress of the popular Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmaah had earlier left the show. Following her exit after 15 years, she made serious allegations of mental and sexual harassment against the show’s producer, Asit Kumarr Modi. She filed a complaint against producer Asit Modi, Project Head Sohail Ramani and executive producer Jatin Bajaj of alleged sexual harassment at the workplace.However, no arrests have been made yet.
