Mumbai :- Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan flagged off the Rath Yatra organized by various Jain Sanghs of South Mumbai from Prarthana Samaj, Mumbai on Sunday (22 Sept).
Minister of Skills development, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Bhaktiyog Acharya Yashovijay Maharaj, Achal Gachhaadhipati Kalaprabhsagar Surishvar Maharaj, Jain Munis and Members of the Jain Sangh were present.
The Governor said the Rath Yatra serves as a reminder of the noble teachings of Bhagwan Mahavir, whose wisdom continues to guide humanity even today.
He said Bhagwan Mahavir, the 24th Tirthankara, gifted invaluable principles of non-violence, truth, and compassion. He called upon the people to take these teachings to the new generation
