Nagpur :- The first batch of the PGDM (BM) was inaugurated at NADP Nagpur. NADP warmly welcomed the new batch of PGDM (BM) students for the academic session 2024-26 with an inspiring and comprehensive orientation program. The event took place on 09 Jul 2024 at Utsav Hall of NADP, marking the beginning of an exciting journey for the new students.
Ajit Kumar Saxena, Chairman-cum-Managing Director at MOIL Limited, emphasized the importance of being adaptable. He urged students to embrace change and acquire knowledge in diverse fields, as their future placements in the corporate sector are unpredictable. 
Air Vice Marshal P S Karkare (Retd) shared his extensive experience. He emphasized the need for students to be future-ready by continuously seeking knowledge, acquiring new skills, and building trust for effective teamwork.
Dr. J P Dash, CGM, NADP, highlighted the unique aspects of the PGDM course focused on the defence sector, the first of its kind in India. With innovative elements designed to equip students with the necessary skills for the Defence Corporate Sector, he expressed confidence that NADP graduates would lead the emerging defence production sector in India, contributing to the ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat’ initiative in defence.
The event concluded with felicitation our esteemed guests with mementoes by Dr. J.P. Dash CGM/NADP followed by vote of Thanks by Dr A S Khan General Manager, who thanked the dignitaries for their insights and committeemen and NADP to bring the best to groom the best. The inauguration ceremony set a positive tone for the journey ahead, promising a blend of innovation, diversity, and excellence in education and professional development at NADP.
