Nagpur:-Bhonsala Military School, Nagpur boxers continued their sterling performance in the regional boxing arena of school level events. Of the 17 boxers who secured the podium finish at the District championship, ten gold medalist went to prove their prowess in the Divisional Level in the Inter-school Boxing Competition held by DSO, Chandrapur from 26 to 28 Dec 22.
In this event, five (05) boxers secured gold medals, two (02) silver medals and one (01) bronze medal bringing their tally to a whopping eight (08) medals. The names of the gold medalist are Cdt Manthan Kolhe, Cdt Rohit Khairwar, Cdt Adarsh Keche, Cdt Sumit Bhise and Cdt Tejas Pendam; Silver medalists are Cdt Harshit Bhoyar and Cdt Novil Bhandarkar while the bronze medalist is Cdt Likesh Yadav.
The school management complimented the boxers and their Coach Sub Jagadish Dighe and Anil Salvi for the performance and wished the gold medal winners the best for their State level event to be held in January 2023.
