Nagpur :- VSPM Dental College and Research Centre, Digdoh Hills, Hingna Road, Nagpur, run by VSPM Academy of Higher Education, Nagpur, has been renamed as ‘Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre’.
VSPM Dental College and Research Centre has been functioning since 1996 and the organization had passed a resolution to change its name at the institution level and requested the government to change it accordingly. Accordingly, the Department of Medical Education and Pharmaceuticals, Government of Maharashtra has given permission to give a new name and the college will now be known as ‘Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre’.
“VSPM Dental College and Research Centre has been providing high quality dental education and excellent patient care for the last 26 years. Under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, this renowned dental college is having 100 BDS, 32 MDS, 27 PhD and 20 fellowship students every year. This college is NAAC accredited. This dental college will be known in future with the name of the Chairman of the institute Ranjeetbabu Deshmukh . We are committed for better education and patient care”, said the Working Chairman of the institute Dr. Ashish R. Deshmukh.
