Nagpur – Air Marshal RJ Duckworth AVSM VSM, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Central Air Command and Mrs Maria Duckworth, President, Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Regional) visited Air Force Station Sonegaon on 15 Dec 2021. On arrival, the Air Marshal and Mrs Maria Duckworth were received by Gp Capt Kanchan Kumar, Station Commander, Air Force Station Sonegaon and Mrs Meenakshi Rai, President, Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Local).
Air Marshal reviewed Operational, Maintenance and Administrative aspects to assess the operational readiness of the Station on 16th Dec 21.
Mrs Maria Duckworth addressed Sanginis of Air Force Station Sonegaon and appreciated the welfare activities initiated by Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Local) to ensure good health and well being of families.
