Nagpur :- Justice Urmiala Phalke Joshi has granted regular bail to accused Kisan Dattatraya More R/ o Shrirampur, Tah Pusad, Dist Yavatmal.
Kisan Dattatraya More came to be arrested on 15-11-2022 in Crime No.277/2022 of Vasantnagar police station for the offences punishable under Section 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of report lodged by informant Ganpati Urkude alleging the misappropriation of Rs. 4,47,550/-.
The case of the prosecution is that, FIR was lodged by Ganpati Ukarde on 18-09-2022 by making allegations that, from 20-07-2022 till 23-08-2022 the Supriya Sande and her husband i.e. applicant in furtherance of their common intention deceived the customers of State Bank of India. They have obtained huge amount from number of customers, but that amount was not credited in their bank accounts. Being a license holder, Supriya and her husband is an Agent of NICT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Supriya was appointed by NICT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for at Post Palodi, Taq. Pusad, Dist. Yavatmal as Service Delivery Partner. It is alleged that, being a Service Delivery Partner, the applicant and supriya committed fraud and embezzled an amount of Rs.4,27,050/- of customers Sujata Kurode, Suchita Ubade, Sahil Bokdade, Jyoti Govardhan, Renuka Arekar, Sumitra Suryawanshi, Bali Pawar, Parveen Sheikh, Madina Sheikh, Safari Sheikh, Vijay Bhalerao, Shriram Chavhan, Kalabai Chavhan, etc. The customers made complaint in writing to NICT. It is alleged that, applicant being an Agent, has committed an offence of criminal misappropriation of huge amount of the customers. Therefore, the Authorized Representative Ganpati Chironji Ukarde, has lodged the complainant alleging that, applicant and her husband Kisan Dattaraya More have committed offences punishable U/s 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC.
