Mumbai :-Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of universities Ramesh Bais presided over the first foundation day celebration of the Maharashtra State Skills University (MSSU) at Elphinstone Technical Institute premises in Mumbai on Sunday (14 April). 
The Governor released the Five Year Vision Document of the University on this occasion. The Governor also felicitated the best faculty members and well wishers of the university on the occasion.
Filmmaker Meghna Gulzar, Additional Chief Secretary of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Department Om Prakash Gupta, MD of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) International Ved Mani Tiwari, Vice Chancellor of MSSU Dr. Apoorva Palkar, Commissioner of Skills , Employability and Innovation Nidhi Choudhari, faculty, staff and students of the University were present.
