Nagpur :- In a progressive step toward prioritizing employee welfare and addressing their concerns, Central Railway’s Nagpur Division successfully organized the 37th HRMS/UMID cum Medical Check-Up Camp of the year at Kalmeshwar Station. The initiative was conducted under the dynamic leadership of Manish Agarwal, Divisional Railway Manager, Nagpur Division, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from railway staff, including CTTI, Assistants, Track Maintainers, Technicians, Station Masters, and Section Engineers from Kalmeshwar and nearby stations.
The camp served as a platform for addressing various employee grievances, primarily focused on updating service-related particulars and family details through HRMS and UMID systems. Several issues were resolved on the spot, reflecting the Division’s commitment to timely and efficient service delivery. Unresolved grievances were documented for further analysis and resolution, ensuring a comprehensive approach to employee welfare.
Adding to the significance of the event, the camp also offered comprehensive health check-ups aimed at promoting preventive healthcare. Medical teams conducted blood tests, measured blood pressure, and performed eye examinations to identify potential health concerns and provide timely assistance. The health services were carried out under the able guidance of G.S. Manjunath, Chief Medical Superintendent, Nagpur Division, and Sanjhi Jain, Sr. Divisional Personnel Officer, Nagpur Division, Central Railway.
his initiative is part of a broader series of HRMS/UMID and Medical Check-Up Camps being conducted across the Nagpur Division, ensuring that employees in remote and urban locations alike have access to vital administrative and medical support. The next camp is scheduled to be held at Bhandak Railway Station on December 20, 2024.
Through these outreach programs, Central Railway’s Nagpur Division continues to reinforce its commitment to employee well-being, fostering a healthier, more engaged, and productive workforce. By addressing grievances and promoting preventive healthcare, the Division is setting a benchmark in employee-centric initiatives.
