BVG India Launches ‘Happiness Program’ for “Art Of Living” Over 1,000 Employees to Improve Well-being

Nagpur :- In a significant step toward enhancing employee welfare, BVG India Limited, one of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s door to door garbage lifting firms, has announced the launch of a Happiness Program aimed at supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of its workforce, particularly those involved in garbage collection and vehicle operations. The initiative is being undertaken in collaboration with the Art of Living foundation led by spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Recognizing the physically demanding nature of their work and the accompanying mental and emotional challenges, BVG India has designed this program to help employees manage stress, improve health, and eliminate unhealthy habits. The five-day program, fully sponsored by the company, will provide daily three-hour sessions after working hours to over 1,000 employees.

The company acknowledges that many of its workers are grappling with physical strain, health issues, and psychological burdens exacerbated by family and financial difficulties, as well as habits like smoking and alcohol consumption. This program is intended to address these issues by providing mindfulness techniques, stress-relief strategies, and guidance on breaking harmful behaviors.

During the Happiness Program, participants will learn how to better manage stress, enhance focus, and regain control over their personal and professional lives. By focusing on mindfulness and self-improvement, the training aims to bring about a positive change in relationships, financial stability, and overall health.

BVG India Limited’s decision to launch this initiative reflects the company’s commitment to employee well-being and its belief in providing holistic support to those working in challenging conditions. The program, which emphasizes mental clarity and emotional stability, is expected to contribute to a more productive and healthier workforce.

A company spokesperson urged employees to make the most of this opportunity, stating, “We deeply care about your well-being and are offering this training to help you lead healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.”

The Happiness Program is expected to begin shortly, and employees are encouraged to register and participate in this transformative journey.
