Mumbai : Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has expressed his condolences to the deceased and their families in the fire that broke out in the Jai Bhavani building of SRA in Unnatanagar, Goregaon. Also, an aid of five lakh rupees has been announced to the families of these deceased
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said that some citizens have lost their lives in this accident. This includes some children.
This incident is unfortunate and we express our condolences to the citizens who lost their lives in it. Mumbai Municipal Corporation and Police Commissioner are taking information from time to time regarding this fire incident. Mumbai City District Guardian Minister Deepak Kesarkar and Mumbai Suburban District Guardian Minister Mangalprabhat Lodha have been directed to visit the incident site.
The Chief Minister has also directed that the families of those who died in this accident should be given an aid of Rs 5 lakh and the cost of treatment of the injured should be borne by the government.
