Nagpur :-WCL signed an MoU with IIM, Nagpur for imparting training to its executives on 7th February, 2023 at the company headquarters in Nagpur. General Manager (HRD), WCL Narendra Kumar and Director, IIM Nagpur Biamaraya Maitrey signed the MoU in the presence of Chairman-Cum-Managing Director Manoj Kumar and Director (Personnel) Dr. Sanjay Kumar.
The MoU has been entered into for imparting Executive Development Training to WCL Executives for the year 2023-24. The trainings will be conducted at the sprawling campus of IIM, Nagpur where WCL executives will get an opportunity to relive campus life while brushing up their managerial skills.
The said training will help the executives to hone their Skills in areas like Leadership, Decision making, Analytical abilities etc. This will not only lead to increased productivity at work but also in overall development of their personality.
