Thane :- ‘Ambarnath is a pilgrimage site for all the Indians and on that line, the ancient Shiva temple in Ambernath is also going to become a pilgrimage site for the Indians,’ asserted Chief Minister Eknath Shinde here, today.
He was speaking after performing the Bhumi Pujan of beautification project of ancient Shiva temple region in Ambernath. Guardian minister of Thane Shambhuraj Desai, Public Works Department (excluding Public Undertakings) Minister Ravindra Chauhan, Member of Parliament Dr Shrikant Shinde, legislator Dr Balaji Kinikar, Kisan Kathore, Kumar Ayalani, Manisha Kayande, Ravindra Fatak, treasurer of the Lord Rama Janmabhoomi trust in Ayodhya Govind Giri Maharaj and other dignitaries graced the occasion.
The Chief Minister further said that considering the increasing need, the cities will be developed and there will be no shortage of funds for the cause. Stating that the construction of the temple of Lord Rama at the Ram Janam Bhoomi site in Ayodhya was the dream of many years that came to reality, he thanked the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for it.
