– Central Railway Warns Public and Residents Near Tracks to Follow Safety Guidelines
Nagpur :- Central Railway, Nagpur Division, is set to conduct a crucial Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) inspection of the newly constructed 3rd Line between Tadali and Majri on the Wardha–Ballarshah section on 10th January 2025. The inspection will involve high-speed trial runs, and the public and residents in the area are urged to remain cautious and follow all safety guidelines.
The speed trial with a diesel locomotive is scheduled from 17:30 to 18:15 hrs. This trial will take place on the new 3rd line from Majri to Tadali, with the CRS trial carriage and observation car’s window facing towards the Mumbai end at Majri.
During the inspection, trains will be operating at speeds of up to 130 kmph. It is important for residents and the public near the tracks to avoid approaching the railway line or crossing the tracks while the inspection is in progress. Strict adherence to safety protocols is essential for the protection of everyone in the area.
This trial is a critical step in the commissioning of the new 3rd line, which will significantly enhance the operational capacity of the Wardha–Ballarshah section, improving railway efficiency and safety.
