Mumbai :-President of India Droupadi Murmu was welcomed on her arrival at Raj Bhavan Mumbai by Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday (6 July).
Earlier, the President of India arrived at the CSMI airport in Mumbai . The President was welcomed by Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. A Guard of Honour was presented to the President by the Armed Forces.
The President will be visiting the Siddhivinayak Mandir in the afternoon. A civic reception has been organised by the Government of Maharashtra in honour of the President at Raj Bhavan at 6.45 pm. The President will visit ‘Kranti Gatha: Underground The Gallery of Revolutionaries’ created inside the British – era Bunker at Raj Bhavan on Friday morning. The President will visit the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in the afternoon from where she will depart.
