MNS did the #Tollnaka thing and without wasting any time BJP blew it up from their social media accounts and opposed/ripped Amit Raj Thackeray and his stunt.
Now understand, we all know Raj Thackeray is “friendly” with the BJP and after the loudspeaker issue MNS was kind of lying low. And mind you, not all 65 toll nakas were ever ransacked by any MNS person. They were shut due to ‘agitation’ by Raj’s MNS.
So was this blowing up of the #tollnaka issue a strategy designed by the BJP just after the toll naka was ransacked? Was this blowing up of the issue done on purpose to attract the remaining “todfod” Shivsena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) party workers for the MNS? BJP and Shinde faction are wiping off every single support Uddhav Thackeray group has even at the lowest level.
Think about it. In Maharashtra, you want a “todfod” and on the street party to Co-exists with the BJP. Shinde faction has docile down. And if they don’t do what they are known for , how will MNS stay in the game? It is their bread-butter.
Hence I feel BJP took the opportunity and in fact helped Raj Thackeray and gave us an alternative to Aaditya, a much decent, more matured Amit Raj Thackeray. For him to go ahead of his cousin, Amit had to come out of his “decent” image and hence the felicitation of workers who ransacked the toll the next day, just to show even he is “cunning” and “ruthless” and there is Raj Thackeray blood in him.
