Satara :- Stating that development of infrastructure facilities was important which is why development of roads in Tapola and Bamnoli areas, is being effected chief minister Eknath Shinde said that the work of Bamnoli-Dare bridge which connects Konkan to western Maharashtra would be started soon.
He foundation laying stone of Tapola-Mahabaleshwar road was held at the hands of Chief minister Shinde at Tapola. The guardian minister of Satara district Shambhuraj Desai, MP Shrikant Shinde, MP Shrinivas Patil, legislator Makrand Pail, district collector Ruchesh Jaywanshi, CEO Dnyaneshwar Khillari, SP Sameer Shaikh, PWD Chief Engineer Atul Chavan, superintending engineer Santosh Rokade and others were present.
Pointing out that the drivers always face difficulties since Tapola to Mahabaleshwar road was narrow, the chief minister said that people used to avoid coming to Tapola because of his which is why the road is being widened and strengthened. He expressed confidence that with this, every tourist would make it a point to visit Tapola areas. Stating hat he was happy that this work was launched by him, he said that people should harness business opportunities in tourism since Tapola, Bamnoli areas are rich with natural beauty and it is our main aim to harness it.
