Nagpur :- As part of IDBI Bank’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations, on the 60th Foundation IDBI Bank handed over desk benches to G.M. Banatwala English Upper Primary School, Nagpur, run by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC). This initiative was made possible through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of IDBI Bank, in collaboration with the Sahyadri Foundation, aimed at enhancing the educational environment for underprivileged students.
The desk benches were handed over by Shri Shrikant Tirpude, Chief General Manager and Zonal Manager, IDBI Bank, in the presence of Bharat Gosavi, Coordinator Education Department NMC, Akhilesh Mishra, Deputy Zonal Head, IDBI Bank, Anurag Singh Regional Manager. IDBI Bank , Y. Prathap Kumar, Deputy General Manager, IDBI Bank, Girish Gubre, Assistant General Manager, IDBI Bank, and Mamta Prajapati, Principal of G.M. Banatwala Primary School and Sankulwar Principal Upper Higher school, Malvinder Kaur Lamba and Usha singh present on this occasion. Vijay Kshirsagar, Director of Sahyadri Foundation, Srushti Punpsagar, Vikas Patil, Dhiraj Umate, Savitri Thenge, Sandip Wasnik, Hemant Pandhram was also present at the ceremony, highlighting the foundation’s continued dedication to improving school infrastructure under the CSR initiatives of IDBI Bank.
This contribution will play a crucial role in improving the learning conditions for the students of G.M. Banatwala Uppar Primary School, ensuring they have a comfortable and conducive environment to pursue their education.
