Nagpur :-In its ongoing commitment to addressing and resolving the concerns of its workforce, Central Railway, Nagpur Division, successfully organized a Grievance Camp at Hinganghat on 11th January 2025. The initiative aimed to provide an effective platform for employees to voice their grievances and seek prompt resolutions.
The camp witnessed active participation, with a total of 45 staff members attending. During the session, seven grievances were formally registered. Notably, one of these grievances was resolved on the spot, showcasing the division’s dedication to immediate action. The remaining six grievances are under active consideration and will be addressed at the earliest.
Central Railway, Nagpur Division, reiterates its commitment to prioritizing employee welfare and maintaining open communication. The management assures that similar grievance redressal camps will continue to be organized regularly to foster a harmonious and productive working environment.
