Nagpur : The charm of college days fascinates every student while entering college life and this time span of transformation brings a basket of diverse experiences for everyone. Every student may have own set of stories about the college. ‘Cinestory’, a short film-making competition organized jointly by RTMNU’s Department of Mass Communication and National Service Scheme is providing an opportunity for students to express their takeaway from the college via a five-minute short film on the theme ‘College Ke Din – Kya Liya, Kya Diya’.
All college students, UG and PG, irrespective of course or faculty may participate free of cost. Students have to make a five-minute short film or simply a video on the theme using Smartphone or Camera. Students are free to portray the most important life lessons they learned in or outside the classroom, One’s contribution to society or humanity during college days in their style. Students have to submit their short films by 20th January, said Dr. Moiz Mannan Haque, Interim PRO of RTMNU & HoD of the Department of Mass Communication.

Because of the attractive theme, good participation is expected from the students across the city, said Dr. Haque. He is confident that all the colleges will promote this creative competition as a personality development activity for the students.
