Nagpur :- Orange City Water Pvt Ltd. is pleased to announce the upcoming visit of the Honorable Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India, Nitin Gadkari, to the Integrated Command & Control Center and 24×7 Call Center on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 1.30 pm.
OCW is honored to host Gadkari at the state-of-the-art facility. The Integrated Command & Control Center plays a pivotal role in enhancing transparency for the customers and revolutionising our approach to monitor and manage the water distribution network. Additionally, our round-the-clock call center diligently addresses and resolves customer complaints.
During the visit, Gadkari will witness firsthand the innovative technologies and solutions implemented by OCW to optimise water management.
We eagerly anticipate welcoming Nitin Gadkari and explaining the existing system with him. We look forward to seeking his guidance and support to further enhance the customer experience in managing the water supply for the citizens of Nagpur.
