Nagpur :- Vishwamanthan Research Foundation, successfully launched the new AI Manthan website, aimanthan.in, at Chitnavis Centre, Nagpur. It marked a significant advancement in promoting Artificial Intelligence innovation and collaboration in Bharat.
The launch event, held on June 11, 2024, was a tremendous success, featuring a dynamic gathering of principals and professors from various engineering colleges, IT professionals and students. The event was graced by Dr. Subhash Chaudhary, VC, RTMNU and Prof. Prashant Gupta, Dean of Academics, IIM Nagpur. It also marked the presence of Dr. Prashant Maheshwari, Dean of Science & Technology, RTMNU, Naresh Chafekar, Secretary, Vigyan Bharati, Vidarbha and Sameer Bendre, India Head, Share Our Strength.
Piyush Agrawal gave a brief about the upcoming AI Manthan Conclave, followed by insightful addresses by the guests. Prof. Prashant Gupta emphasized the opportunities that would come hand-in-hand with the advancement of AI. Shri. Naresh Chafekar stated the need for governance of the AI System and Sameer Bendre explained the pros and cons that come with any technological advancement. Dr. Chaudhary and Dr. Maheshwari extended their blessings for the grand success of AI Manthan Conclave.
The official poster for AI Manthan 2024 was also unveiled during the event, showcasing the exciting agenda of the conclave. AI enthusiasts, researchers, industry leaders and technocrats graced the event, sharing their perspectives on AI and its future. Rohan Parikh, Director, Vishwamanthan Research Foundation, guided the proceedings of the event and Ketan Paithankar presented the vote of thanks.
The website launch event was the first step towards making the larger event of the AI Manthan Conclave and GEPIC-AI conference a big success. AI MANTHAN, Bharat’s Largest AI Conclave, will be organized on the 12th and 13th of July at IIM Nagpur, with over 20+ speakers and 400+ participants. It will enable the participants to present their research papers and listen to intriguing guest lectures by leading AI professionals.
The programme was anchored by Arya Jambhorkar and coordinated by Sahil Karande, Kiran Mehta, Vibhuti Sarode and execution team of the conference.
