Nagpur :- The Economic Offence Wing (EOW), Nagpur after conducting preliminary enquiry (pre FIR investigation) for more than a year taking serious cognizance of commission of offences of cheating, fraud, misrepresentation, misappropriation, breach of trust, forgery, concealment of material facts, causing loss to the Chamber and its members and unlawfully earning for themselves, has registered FIR against Ashwin Prakash Agrawal (Mehadia), Ramawtar Shankarlal Totla and other Office Bearers (associates) of NVCC at Sitabuldi Police Station under sections 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471 & 34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
