Nagpur :- Central Railway, Nagpur Division, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the major upgradation work at AJNI Railway Station. This upgrade involved a 90-day block for Platforms 2 and 3 starting from 12th September 2024. The work has now been completed, and these platforms are officially fit for the movement of traffic and halting of trains.
As a result, the halts of UP trains, which were temporarily withdrawn since 12th September 2024, have now been restored with immediate effect.
The following UP trains will resume halting at AJNI station according to the revised schedule:
Train No. 01374 (Nagpur – Wardha MEMU) will now halt at AJNI at 08:08-08:09 hrs, operating daily (except Sundays).
Train No. 11040 (Gondia – Kolhapur Express) will halt at AJNI at 10:54-10:55 hrs, operating daily.
Train No. 18030 (Shalimar – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express) will halt at AJNI at 13:44-13:45 hrs, operating daily.
Train No. 11403 (Nagpur – Kolhapur Express) will halt at AJNI at 15:23-15:24 hrs, operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Train No. 12106 (Gondia – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Express) will halt at AJNI at 17:09-17:10 hrs, operating daily.
Train No. 12114 (Nagpur – Pune Express) will halt at AJNI at 18:08-18:09 hrs, operating on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Train No. 12136 (Nagpur – Pune Express) will halt at AJNI at 18:08-18:09 hrs, operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Train No. 12140 (Nagpur – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Express) will halt at AJNI at 21:23-21:25 hrs, operating daily.
Additionally, the following trains, which were previously shifted to Nagpur, will now originate from AJNI station as per the schedule:
Train No. 12120 (AJNI – Amravati Express) will depart from AJNI at 18:30 hrs, operating daily.
Train No. 22124 (AJNI – Pune Express) will depart from AJNI at 19:50 hrs, operating on Tuesdays.
Train No. 22140 (AJNI – Pune Express) will depart from AJNI at 19:50 hrs, operating on Sundays.
Furthermore, the following trains will now terminate at AJNI station as per the schedule:
Train No. 12119 (Amravati – AJNI Express) will arrive at AJNI at 08:15 hrs.
Train No. 22123 (Pune – AJNI Express) will arrive at AJNI at 04:50 hrs.
Train No. 22139 (Pune – AJNI Express) will arrive at AJNI at 12:50 hrs.
These changes will enhance convenience for passengers and ensure smoother train operations at AJNI station. Central Railway, Nagpur Division, requests all passengers to take note of these changes and plan their travel accordingly.
