Nagpur :-The Nagpur Division of Central Railway successfully conducted its 36th HRMS/UMID cum Medical Check-Up Camp today at Butibori Station, demonstrating the division’s ongoing commitment to employee welfare and efficient grievance management.
Under the leadership of Manish Agarwal, Divisional Railway Manager, the camp provided a comprehensive platform for field staff from Butibori and surrounding stations. Participants included Commercial Ticket Checking Inspectors (CTTI), Assistants, Track Maintainers, Technicians, Station Masters, and Section Engineers.
During the camp, several service-related grievances, including updates to personal and family details, were resolved on the spot. Other concerns requiring detailed analysis were recorded and will be addressed in a time-bound manner.
In addition to grievance resolution, a comprehensive medical check-up was conducted to ensure employees’ well-being. The medical team collected blood samples for tests, conducted eye examinations, and measured blood pressure to identify and address health concerns.
The initiative was held under the guidance of G. S. Manjunath, Chief Medical Superintendent, and Sanjhi Jain, Senior Divisional Personnel Officer, Nagpur Division, Central Railway. These grievance redressal and medical check-up camps are part of a series planned across the division to enhance outreach and address the concerns of employees, especially those posted at remote locations. This proactive approach underscores the commitment of Nagpur Division, Central Railway, to ensuring the welfare of its workforce.
