Mumbai :- The Alumni Meet of the Mumbai Branch of the Government Engineering College – National Institute of Technology (GEC – NIT) Raipur was held in presence of Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais at the Acres Club in Chembur, Mumbai on Sun (7 April).
Speaking on the occasion the Governor Bais called upon the members of the GEC Alumni association to create a hostel for the students from Chhattisgarh coming to Mumbai to pursue higher education and professional career.
Raipur GEC NIT Alumni Association President and former CMD of Hindustan Copper Kailash Dhar Diwan, Mumbai Branch President Anil Banchor and members of the Alumni Association and their families attended the event.
