Nagpur :-Students of Delhi Public School MIHAN brought laurels to the institution by securing the prestigious Black Belt in International Black Belt Examination conducted by Shotokan Karate International Organization of India on 2nd October 2023 at Montfort School, Nagpur.
Shivani Verma of Grade X and Shaurya Kushwah of Grade IX passed the 1st Dan Black belt Examination which is considered to be a prestigious examination in Karate. Both the players displayed excellent skills and showcased extraordinary defensive techniques in their assessments.
Principal Nidhi Yadav congratulated the young achievers for their exemplary performance in achieving the distinguished Black Belt. She also appreciated the efforts of the school coach Yugant Ugale for his untiring efforts and expressed hope for some more players to achieve this milestone in the coming years under his guidance.
