Nagpur :-Delhi Public School MIHAN, Nagpur, hosted the Inter-House Karate Championships on 4th January 2025, showcasing remarkable talent and sportsmanship among students from age categories U-8, U-11, U-14, and U-17. Participants demonstrated impressive agility, strength, and confidence through various karate forms and techniques. The competition, officiated by Chief Referees Sharmilata Mallewar and Kartik Manekar, who assessed the students on their precision, technique, and discipline. Aaral Borkar and Sidhishan Sahoo emerged as standout performers, clinching the Best Player position in the U-11 and U-14 categories, respectively, for their exceptional skills and focus.
Coach Yugant Ugale played a pivotal role in the championship’s success, offering expert training and unwavering support to the young karatekas. Principal Nidhi Yadav commended the participants for their dedication and emphasized the importance of self-defence and physical fitness, stating that the championship was not just about winning but building confidence and resilience.
