Platform Ticket Sales Paused at Nagpur and Wardha Stations for Mahaparinirvan Divas

Nagpur :- To accommodate the anticipated rise in passenger movement on the occasion of Mahaparinirvan Divas on December 6, 2024, the Central Railway’s Nagpur Division has decided to pause the sale of platform tickets at Nagpur and Wardha railway stations temporarily.

This initiative will be effective from December 2 to December 9, 2024, and aims to ensure the smooth flow of passengers, enhance safety, and maintain efficient station operations during this significant period.

Passengers are encouraged to plan their journeys accordingly and cooperate with railway staff. To assist travelers, additional personnel will be deployed, and necessary arrangements, such as clear signage and crowd management systems, have been made.

Central Railway appreciates the cooperation and understanding of passengers and remains committed to providing a safe and convenient travel experience.

For further information, passengers may contact their nearest railway inquiry counter or visit the official Central Railway website.
