Mumbai :- Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais released the books ‘Coins of Mumbai Mint: 1947 – 2023’ and ‘Coins of NOIDA Mint : 1988 – 2023’ at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Mon (10 July). The books have been authored by Numismatist and Coin Collector Dr Dilip Rajgor
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said coins of various rulers reflect the events and history of the era in which they were minted. He expressed the need to document all the old coins urgently, especially since the world is moving towards a cashless economy.
Sexologist and Coin Collector Dr Prakash Kothari, Ashok Singh Thakur and family members of Dr. Rajgor were present.
