Mumbai :-Maharashtra Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan presented the 31st IMC Ladies Wing Janki Devi Bajaj Award to Veena Upadhyaya, Founder Secretary and CEO of Srijani Foundation and Bun.Kar Bihar on Tue (7 Jan). The award was presented for her work in the area of promoting entrepreneurship among rural women by rejuvenating the dying art of weaving Baavanbuti Saree.
President of IMC Ladies’ Wing Jyoti Doshi, Vice President Rajyalakshmi Rao, Chairperson of Janki Devi Bajaj Puraskar committee Nayantara Jain, members of Jury and members of the Bajaj family were present.
