Mumbai – Maharashtra Airport Development Co. Ltd.(MADC) has received the prestigious award in the category of “Best State with a Dedicated Outlook for the Aviation Sector”, primarily for Shirdi and Nagpur Airports, in the Wings India 2022 Event & Awards.
Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India (MoCA) and FICCI organized Wings India 2022 Event & Awards on 24-27 March, 2022 at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad. The objective of the event was to showcase and share the best civil aviation practices, latest trends and innovation.
Maharashtra Airport Development Co. Ltd. (MADC) represented Government of Maharashtra as “Partner State” in Wings India 2022 Event and Wings India Awards. MADC showcased achievements in the aviation sector by setting up a very large, innovative & informative stall showing major aviation projects, information about MADC, MIHAN project & companies in MIHAN & also highlights of aviation sector of Maharashtra at the exhibition. Along with a stall a beautiful Chalet was erected on the Airside to handle the dignitaries and business clients & to conduct Business to Business meetings.
Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India, felicitated and presented a beautiful award trophy to Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC).
Manukumar Shrivastav, Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra has congratulated Deepak Kapoor, Managing Director, MADC for this achievement and hoped that MADC will keep the good work going.
