Mumbai :- Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of universities Ramesh Bais today patted the ‘Fit Bharat Club’ team of HSNC University for successfully completing the 430 km cycling expedition from Mumbai to the ‘Statue of Unity’ at a function held at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Mon (30 Oct).
The Governor congratulated Mayur Dumsia, a Divyang cyclist, for successfully leading the 13-member cycle expedition of students.
Dr. Hemlata Bagla, Chancellor of HSNC University, Dr Tejashree Shanbhag, Principal of KC College and students participating in the cycle expedition were present.
According to Dr Hemlata Bagla, the cycling expedition was stated by the ‘Fit Bharat Club’ of the university. She informed that the university will conduct a cycle expedition from Kashmir to Kanyakumari next year.
