Mumbai :- Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari in his capacity as Chancellor of public universities in the State launched the Academic programmes of the newly created Maharashtra State Skills University (MSSU) at Elphinstone Technical Institute premises in Mumbai on Tuesday (1 Nov). The Governor also unveiled the Logo of the University. 
Minister of Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Nobel Laureate in Medicine Prof. Richard Roberts, CEO of Maharashtra State Innovation Society Dr Ramaswamy N, Vice Chancellor of MSSU Dr. Apoorva Palkar, vice chancellors of various universities and Consuls of various countries were present.
The University announced the launching of M. Tech programmes in Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Industry 4.0 and Construction Management Professionals, M.Sc. in Business Analysis, Media Courses, MBA programmes and Certificate Courses.
