Mumbai :- A group of 9 students of Zilla Parishad Schools in Ratnagiri district selected for the study tour of the United States Space Research organisation NASA called on Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais at Raj Bhavan Mumbai.
The Governor expressed happiness that students from Zilla Parishad schools in the Ratnagiri district are going to NASA for the study tour. Patting the students, he wished them a happy and successful visit.
The visit of the 7th Standard school students from Ratnagiri district alongwith their mentors has been organised at the instance of the Education Department of Ratnagiri Zilla Parishad with a view to encourage the study of space science among students. Adll CEO of Ratnagiri ZP Parikshit Yadav and other officers were also present.
