Interaction Meeting cum discussion on “GAIL’s future plans in Maharashtra” on Wed, 12th April 2023 | 5.00 pm | VIA Auditorium

Nagpur :- Vidarbha industries Association (VIA) is organising Interaction Meeting cum discussion with GAIL (India) Limited, Mumbai on “GAIL’s future plans in Maharashtra”, with a brief on the upcoming pipeline networks and its advantages to the industries in scaling their economies with the natural gas on Wednesday, 12th April, 2023 from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm at VIA Auditorium, Udyog Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur – 440 001.

GAIL India Limited plans to expand infrastructure to helm the Government’s vision of a gas-based economy, which will be eco-friendly and cheaper than other fuels. GAIL Ltd has also planned to lay a pipeline from Mumbai to Nagpur along with Samruddhi Mahamarg and pipeline reaches Butibori, HCG Nagpur will start supplying Compressed Natural Gas (CNC) to CNG Stations in the city by trucks in April 2024.

Kamal Tandon, Executive Director (O&M-WR/ OIC) & Zonal ED will address the meeting, and top representatives from GAIL will also accompany him Vivek Wathodkar, CGM (O&M); F M Mahajan, GM (Constructions); Santanu Basu, GM (Gas-Marketing), Anurag Arora, DGM (Gas Marketing), Harshad Wasnik, CM (Gas Marketing) and Adnan Ansari, SO (Gas Marketing).

Meeting will be followed by a presentation from GAIL.

There is a good potential for business growth for all manufacturing units including those in the metal industry (i.e. iron, steel, copper & aluminium), paper mills, logistics companies, auto ancillary, tyres, specialty chemicals / petchems, glass, food processing units, etc.
