A 2. Your PAN will become inoperative. It means, You will not be able to file your Income Tax Return, or do any other income tax compliances in future.

Q 4. HOW DO I LINK MY PAN AND AADHAR NOW ?
A 3. Follow below steps:
Step 1: Check if details as per Aadhar and PAN is same. That is, First, Middle, Last Name and DOB.
Step 2: If both are same, click on this link, Pay Rs. 1000/- as late fees.
Step 3: After 4-5 days of payment, click on this link and request for PAN and Aadhar:

Step 4: If details as per PAN and Aadhar are NOT same, then apply for valid corrections. Then apply for PAN-Aadhar link.
