Accused Yasin Chini Sayyad Kalim Sayyed has been released on bail by Supreme Court of India in Special leave petition.
It is the case of the prosecution that on 14.10.2019 the present Yasin chini Sayyad along with other coaccused viz Mangesh Guddu Birju Padoliya 2) Sumit Prabhakar Somkuwar 3) Mangesh Santosh Kharpuriya 4) Kasim Pappu Pathan Ahamadkha Pathan 5) Aniket Yashwant Mantapurvar had committed robbery against Nikesh Tolani and Mahesh Tolani R/o Umred Nagpur. Nilesh Tolani was businessman and he used to deposit the business collection in the bank. On 21/10/2019 when he was proceeding to deposit cash of Rs.8,53,000/ in the bank. He was also assaulted when he was objected the act of the accused persons. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the complainant,the offence was registered. After detailed investigation, the chargesheet was also filed.
Yasin chini Sayyad had moved before the learned sessions court for grant of bail, but same had been rejected on the ground that there was prima facie involvement of Yasin in the crime and there were previous offences registered against him.
After rejection of his bail application by sessions court, Yasin had preferred bail application before honourable High Court. But same word also rejected as their were criminal antecedents against Yasin.
Therefore, Yasin had preferred special leave petition before the honourable Supreme Court of India praying for his release on bail.
The special leave petition was heard by bench of Justice Krishna Murari and Justice Sanjay Karol who directed Yaseen to be released on bail on such terms and conditions, as may be imposed by the trial court.
